At Bookstaq, we strive to provide our readers with a seamless digital reading experience. Since we sell digital eBooks, our cancellation, refund, and returns policy is different from that of physical goods. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders for eBooks cannot be canceled once the payment has been processed and the download link or access has been provided.

2. Refund Policy
We follow a no-refund policy for successfully delivered eBooks, except in the following cases:
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same order.
- Failed Delivery: If you did not receive the eBook access due to a technical issue from our side.
- Wrong Book Delivered: If you receive an incorrect eBook that you did not order.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Returns Policy
- Since eBooks are digital products, they cannot be returned once purchased and delivered.
- We encourage customers to carefully check book details (title, author, description, and sample pages, if available) before completing the purchase.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are not applicable for digital eBooks.
- In case you receive the wrong eBook, we will provide access to the correct one at no additional cost.
