At Bookstaq, we strive to provide our readers with a seamless digital reading experience. Since we sell digital eBooks, our cancellation, refund, and returns policy is different from that of physical goods. Please read the policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for eBooks cannot be canceled once the payment has been processed and the download link or access has been provided.
  • If you encounter any technical issues during the purchase process (such as double payments or failed transactions), please contact us immediately at bookstaq@gmail.com or call +91 9903897971 for assistance.

2. Refund Policy

We follow a no-refund policy for successfully delivered eBooks, except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same order.
  • Failed Delivery: If you did not receive the eBook access due to a technical issue from our side.
  • Wrong Book Delivered: If you receive an incorrect eBook that you did not order.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.


3. Returns Policy

  • Since eBooks are digital products, they cannot be returned once purchased and delivered.
  • We encourage customers to carefully check book details (title, author, description, and sample pages, if available) before completing the purchase.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are not applicable for digital eBooks.
  • In case you receive the wrong eBook, we will provide access to the correct one at no additional cost.
