  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • You agree to provide accurate and updated information during registration.
  • Bookstaq reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Payments

  • All purchases must be made through the payment methods available on our platform.
  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified.
  • Once payment is confirmed, you will receive access to the purchased eBook.

5. Delivery of eBooks

  • eBooks are delivered digitally via download link or access in your account library.
  • Delivery is usually instant, but in rare cases, delays may occur due to technical issues.
  • No physical products will be shipped.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processed.
  • Refunds are provided only in specific cases such as duplicate payment, failed delivery, or incorrect book delivered.
  • Digital eBooks cannot be returned once purchased.
